[ Ctrl_Alt_Dlt ] [ DJ SET ]

Ctrl_Alt_Dlt is a Seattle based DJ originally from suburban Detroit. He went to his first rave party in '99 and was strongly influenced by the sounds coming out of the city. He started DJing in 2001 and naturally gravitated towards the Midwest's dark, stark style of techno. Today, Ctrl_Alt_Dlt rides the fine line between techno and house, playing sets consisting of cerebral, psychedelic tracks that wring maximal power from minimal elements and shining brightest in the wee hours of the morning. He held a long standing residency at Seattle's esteemed Electric Tea Garden and is a founding member of Sweatbox, a strictly techno based productions crew who've spearheaded numerous weekly, monthly, and one-off parties over the last 8 years, bringing the likes of Eddie Fowlkes, Mark Henning, Derek Plaslaiko, Mikael Stavöstrand, Camea, and Dan Bell, to name but a small fraction. His production game is still in its infancy but he's got early releases out on From 0-1, Peloton Musique, and Mindshift Records, with more action on the horizon.

You can hear a live set from him at this link:

Electrosect is Patrick Haenelt of Seattle. He's been honing his electro-inspired, cavernous dub and techno for many years and his unique amalgam of styles is an intriguing treat for the heads. Haenelt has also been a long-time promoter of music events in Seattle and is one of the original members of Decibel Festival's event production team. He's had his hand in the Pacific Northwest's electronic music scene in one way or another for over a decade, capturing its essence and reflecting it through his own unique sound.

A classic tune from my set.... circa 2001...I still play this out and get a nice reaction from people. I think it might be the Outkast samples....

[ DJ Slobek ] [ DJ SET ]

In 1993 Beck Pellegrini AKA DJ Slobek got his first set of decks and started playing renegades and underground parties throughout the Seattle area. Primarily focused on the sounds of Progressive House, Electro and Breakbeats he quickly made a name for himself in the underground. After 6 years he felt it was time for a big change and relocated to Portland.

He continued to play renegades and underground parties in the Portland area eventually working his way into some of the more well known clubs at the time, including the infamous club Ohm. As time went on and his musical tastes continued to evolve he felt Seattle calling him home. After returning to Seattle he threw a series of shows at one of the most well known underground spots at the time, OSEAO, where he connected with a DJ known at that time as the Milkman. After throwing shows began to lose it’s luster he toured through the U.S. hitting Florida, Ohio, Texas, and even played in Mt. Shasta California and Ocean Beach Parites in Oregon.

After touring he took a break from the DJ life and focused on more important matters. After time passed he eventually felt inevitably drawn to start DJ’ing again and reconnected with The Milkman, who was now known as Depht Lee and the owner of CLKWRK Records. Dj Slobek and i started throwing shows together to promote the label and after Depht Lee relocated he has continued to stay active in the scene playing shows, most recently involved with KRUSH & Pleasure Control and is now focusing on Record Release Parties for the label. Dj Slobek is the West Coast talent cordinator for the lable and Curator for CLKWRK RECORDS up and comming shows in Seattle.

You can hear him tagteaming with 6 other DJ's at a CLKWRK event including Depht Lee at this link:
